Nautilis Apartments - Parkview Group

This package includes the removal and disposal of 20,000m3 of material from the apartments basement levels, including the treatment and remediation of existing Acid Sulphate Soils. Construction of a 1,000m2 piling platform, Detail excavation for the 6 lift shafts, 96 pile caps, 16 large stormwater and pump out pits, a crane pad, over 600m of detailed trenching for sewer and stormwater and numerous strip footings and ground beams. This will be closely followed by the installation of a 5,000m2 blinding layer for the buildings hydraulic slab.

This is a landmark project for the region and we are proud to be a part of its construction.
